INTRODUCTION
Bundu Thermal Service is a legal company that started operations in2009. The company deals in a wide range of products ranging from air-conditioners, chillers systems, and industrial coolers among others.
The idea of Bundu thermal service was birthed by two engineers and now Directors of the company, ANDY PRITCHARD the managing director and head of south Sudan branch AND KANDARI PIUS OSCAR the technical director and head of the Uganda branch after a practical and critical analysis of the current air conditioning market in Uganda and south Sudan so as to benefit the customers with high quality, efficient and affordable service.

MARKET ANALYSIS
Bundu provides a complete service to all users of air conditioning equipment. From the design of your air conditioning system, to the installation and ongoing maintenance, we ensure that you have the most appropriate air conditioning system for your needs.
Bundu deals in LG units that offer air recirculation, filtration, cooling, heating, dehumidification and humidification, all run by sophisticated microprocessor controls. These controls communicate directly with advanced supervision system able to manage optimum operating conditions for complex systems.
Many air conditioning companies have come and gone in Sudan and Uganda, but Bundu as a competitor in the South Sudan and Uganda market will always envision itself as a premier and enduring company in its field. Bundu has invested greatly in building a solid foundation in the company’s facilities and employees to continuously serve the south Sudan and Uganda market as a leader in the air conditioning industry.
BUndu began operations in 2009 with a handful of employees and now employs a staff of over 16 who design , install and service systems .
Bundu operates from a modern 3000 square-foot facility located in Accacia camp, Gudele, Juba and plot 1314 Kiwafu bypass kansanga Kampala we are developing state-of-the-art workshop that are fully networked and equipped with a sophisticated suite of drafting and design software, including customized software solutions responsible for tracking inventory, sales, project management, and service scheduling.
At Bundu we take great care in choosing our partners, and as such all of our current and potential suppliers go through a rigorous selection process.
This process is further detailed in our quality control manual, but the key point is, we look at suppliers as partners in our business, therefore we search out the best of the best in the industry so that we can extend to you the best quality systems with the benefit of full support backed up all the way from the suppliers. We've teamed up with LG from the beginning of our business, for a number of reasons, in addition to the fact that our partner companies already shared a combined working relationship with them for over 10 years, so we know they are committed to offering the best to African market.
Together with LG Electronics we offer our clients the best in terms of quality, durability, efficiency, style and technological innovation.
But in addition to offering the best products, LG Electronics has gone to great lengths with its authorized dealers in Africa, to host workshops and seminars to train and educate the market about its cutting edge technologies.
LG truly is the pioneer in air conditioning industry, they were responsible for developing the multi split system and multi v system. As a result we were the first company to introduce the technology to south Sudan.
In addition to LG Electronics we have also partnered ourselves with Emerson. Emerson is a leading manufacturer of air-conditioners for technological equipment rooms and access floors.
Our company is starting to take on more specialized jobs we have recognized the need for more specialized equipment for some our clients. Specifically in the area of housing high tech equipment like servers and switches which are also highly sensitive to humidity control. As a result we sought out to partner with Emerson and are acting as their agents in South Sudan.
